We only collect information you choose to give us, plus the basic technical data any web server records:

• Enquiry form details: your first and last name, business name, phone number and the service you are interested in.
• Messages and calls: if you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we keep that conversation so we can respond and refer back to it.
• Server logs: standard request information such as IP address, browser type, date and time and page requested, used only for security and fixing faults.

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third-party tracking scripts, and it does not build a profile of you as you browse.

• To plan, deliver and support work you have engaged us for.

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run our business, including cloud hosting for this website, email, and messaging services such as WhatsApp. They handle data on our behalf and only for that purpose. When you message us on WhatsApp, that service also processes your message under its own privacy policy. We only disclose information to anyone else where the law requires it.

If you engage us for a project, we may need access to your systems, accounts or business data. That access is covered by the written agreement for the project. We use it only for the agreed work, keep it confidential, and return or remove credentials when the engagement ends.

We keep enquiries while there is a realistic chance of working together and for a reasonable time afterwards. Records linked to projects are kept for as long as needed for contractual, accounting and legal reasons. After that, we delete or anonymise them.

This website is served over a secure HTTPS connection, and access to personal information is limited to the people who need it to do their work. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

Under the Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy.
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date.

This website is for businesses and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Our website links to other sites, such as our products Nexus POS and WinPay and our social media pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page and make any significant changes clear.
