Last updated: 18 October 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using the services provided by Code Burg Technologies (Pvt) Ltd ("Code Burg", "we", "us"). By using our services you agree to follow it.
01Scope
This policy applies to everyone who uses the services we provide, including websites, web and mobile applications, custom software, hosting, cloud servers, email, domains and any other system we build, host or manage for you (together, the "Services"). It applies to you as our client and to anyone you allow to use the Services, such as your staff, customers or contractors. You are responsible for making sure they follow it.
This policy forms part of our agreement with you, alongside our Terms & Conditions and any written project agreement. We may update it from time to time, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
02Purpose
We want our Services to be safe, reliable and available for every client. This policy protects our clients, our systems and the wider internet from misuse. It cannot list every possible case, so we ask you to use good judgement: if something seems unlawful, harmful or likely to disrupt others, do not use our Services for it.

04Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content, data and activity on your websites, applications and accounts. You must keep your passwords secure, keep software you control up to date, and tell us straight away if you suspect any unauthorised access or misuse.
05Violations
We do not routinely monitor what you do with the Services, but we will act when we become aware of a breach of this policy. If you see any misuse of our Services, please report it to hello@codeburgtech.com.
